At Superstars, we believe that an organisation is only as good as the people in it! That's why we work very hard with our staff to continuously develop their coaching skills and promote good practice.

We are constantly on the lookout for excellent teachers and coaches who have a passion to deliver high quality, fun and exciting sessions for kids.

Because our clubs are so different, we require a wide variety of staff to work for us. The general qualities we look for are: 

• Displaying a professional attitude at all times
• A background of working with Primary aged children
• At least two coaching/teaching qualifications in a sport or sports
• A proven ability to keep groups of children under control and on task
• An ability to communicate with both children and parents

Although each of our clubs is very different, there are two key roles at each Superstars club...

1. Head Coach - you will be responsible for leading the session and delivering the main body of any instruction. You will work closely with your Assistant Coach to deliver high quality, exciting sessions in a disciplined environment.
2. Assistant Coach - You will support the Head Coach in their delivery of the session, primarily by working closely with individual children to help them progress. You will deliver sections of the session yourself, both to the whole group as well as smaller groups.    

As soon as you have settled in, we expect all of our staff to begin to develop their knowledge and expertise in coaching children. To achieve this, we offer a range of professional development opportunities. 

Any offer of a post will be subject to an enhanced CRB check, proof of qualifications and two satisfactory references.
